Hinchcliffe & Company is seeking an Enterprise 2.0 Senior Consultant to:

  • Develop and execute an Enterprise 2.0 strategy;
  • Collaborate with senior management on client goals;
  • Drive technology and infrastructure development on Enteprise 2.0 Products, Technologies, and Strategy;
  • Provide advice and insight on emergent technologies; and
  • Prepare and deliver presentation, reports, brainstorming, industry research, case study development and data capture
  • Tie Enterprise 2.0 outcomes to business goals and execution.

The Enterprise 2.0 Senior Consultant will also be responsible for the successful implementation of business on time, within budget, and delivered with a high degree of quality. The Enterprise 2.0 Senior Consultant will also manage the client relationship at the most senior level with the client organization for the duration of the project. She or he is responsible for managing client expectations and understanding client issues that may have an impact on the success of the project.

Must be able to travel in North America and Europe.

Web 2.0 Senior Consultant. Hinchcliffe & Company is seeking Web 2.0 Senior Consultants to work with clients to

  • Execute strategy development;
  • Collaborate with senior management on engagement goals;

  • Develop working business models; and Prepare and deliver presentation, reports, brainstorming, industry research, case study development and data capture

The Web 2.0 Senior Consultant will also manage the client relationship at the most senior level with the client organization for the duration of the project. She or he is responsible for managing client expectations and understanding client issues that may have an impact on the success of the project. The Web 2.0 Senior Consultant should demonstrate sensitivity to the initial client issues and works as a business partner with the client to overcome obstacles to achieving project goals. She or he will respond to escalated project issues assigning responsibility for resolution to the appropriate member of the project team or the appropriate individual within the organization.

Requirements:

  • 8 or more years of project management and/or systems implementation management experience
  • Ability to interact with client at any level, from CXO to developer
  • Willingness to acquire a deep knowledge of Web 2.0 software technologies and platforms
  • Willingness to learn and implement Web 2.0 strategies for the Enterprise

Skills Required: Consultant should have deep familiarity with the following technologies and methodologies: J2EE, SQL XML, SOAP, WSDL XPDL, JSPs, JDBC, JNDI, BPEL, UML and Servlets. Knowledge of SOA and IT application development best practices, design principles, & techniques, Web services models such as SOAP, REST, WOA, ATOM, Middleware/ Application Development Framework, BPEL Process Manager, Service Registry, Enterprise Service Bus, Business Activity Monitoring, and Service Management, and SOA Governance are also required. Knowledge of agile project management is a plus.

Hinchcliffe & Company is seeking a SOA Architect to:

  • Create effective, pragmatic SOA strategies for next generation enterprises
  • Implement SOA strategies through mentoring, education, and structured initiatives
  • Design and manage implementation of application architecture, including application domains and integration layer work
  • Simplify existing application and integration architecture, built for scalability and reliability utilizing SOA as a framework
  • Manage scalability and simplify existing architecture utilizing appropriate computing infrastructure.
  • Work with application domains to drive use of Business Process Orchestration tools, as appropriate.

  • Experience with working with Web Services to establish composite application development capability for both J2EE & .Net and to implement SOA components like Repository & Registry to manage web services.
