Leadership
Hinchcliffe & Company is headed by Dion Hinchcliffe, well-known business strategist and enterprise architect, who speaks, writes, and works prolifically hands-on with clients in the Fortune 500, federal government, and the Internet startup community. Mr. Hinchcliffe also helps lead the industry by evolving the thinking around Web 2.0 in the enterprise for ZDNet and the SOA Web Services Journal. He was founding Editor-in-Chief of the respected Web 2.0 Journal and is current Editor-in-Chief of Social Computing Magazine. He has been quoted by BusinessWeek, CNET News, Wired Magazine, CIO Magazine, and many other well-known industry periodicals.
Mr. Hinchcliffe is also is a regular keynote speaker on the topics of Web 2.0, SOA, and Enterprise 2.0 and has presented or keynoted at Web 2.0 Expo, Business Integration Forum, Interop, JavaOne, SOA Web Services Edge, Collaboration Technologies Conference, AjaxWorld, Office 2.0, and other major business and software conferences. He is also the founder of Web 2.0 University, the world's leading education solution around Web 2.0 as well as The Enterprise 2.0 TV Show.

Kate Allen, Chief Operating Officer
Kate Allen is the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Principal for Hinchcliffe & Company. She has also served as an independent consultant to the Departments of Education and Defense. She worked for Chemonics International providing Project Management and New Business Development.
Kate provides contract management, financial management, human resources, client management, and technical support.
Kate holds a MA in International Development from American University and a BA in Political Science from Cal. State U., Long Beach. She served in the Peace Corps in Benin, West Africa from 1995-1997.

Denise Kalos, Executive Vice President, Sales
Denise Kalos is the Executive Vice President of Sales and a Managing Partner for Hinchcliffe & Company. Previously, she was an executive and thought leader for O'Reilly Media's Corporate Solutions division and a member of O'Reilly's Steering Committee. She also was the Chief HR Officer and OD Practice Leader for C-Change, Inc. and was part of the executive team that brought AMB Properties Corporation "public" in 1997.
Ms. Kalos is an outcome focused executive with proven successes in building/leading teams to deliver business solutions for complex public and private organizations. As a corporate officer and a Web 2.0 subject matter expert, she aligned businesses' Vision-Mission-Goals with solutions that include: leadership & management development, Web 2.0 training activities, corporate transformation and community management services. She has a strong, entrepreneurial competence in designing best practices-based Web 2.0 services, in delivering consulting interventions that produce bottom line results for clients ranging in size from internet startup to mid-growth-stage to Fortune 200 companies.
Ms. Kalos is an "in-demand" speaker for national and global conferences focused on the implications of Web 2.0 on the Enterprise. Her speaking topics include: Leveraging Community as a Competitive Weapon, The Secret Sauce to Building Community, Linking Web 2.0 Strategy to Bottom Line Business Results, and Corporate Transformation through Strategic Human Resource Management.
Ms. Kalos holds a Master's of Science Degree in Global Human Resource Management.

Jeff Kelly is the Director of Educational Solutions for Hinchcliffe & Company and Web 2.0 University™. Jeff came to Hinchcliffe & Co. from AOL to improve and expand the Hinchcliffe & Company learning and development programs. Jeff takes Hinchcliffe & Company's extensive business and technology knowledge and builds immersive learning products that help organizations understand topics such as Web 2.0, Enterprise 2.0, Social Computing. His unique understanding of the nexus of business strategy, technology and individual performance brings results-based practicality to learning and performance improvement products. An unrepentant computer geek, Jeff has been developing dynamic Web-based applications for over ten years and developing business-driven learning and performance improvement solutions for over 15 years. Jeff has a B.S. in Biology from Purdue University and a M.A. in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University.
